- Financial and VET Student Loan details
- Course participation, progress, and attendance records

We collect personal data:
- When you request course information, enrol, or apply for VET Student Loans
- Through events, workshops, online forms, or live chat

- When you use our websites, portals, or marketing tools
We may also collect information from third parties (e.g. USI Registry, marketing platforms) where permitted by law.

8. Data Retention
We retain records in accordance with:
- The Standards for RTOs 2025
- The VET Student Loans Act 2016
- The National VET Data Policy
Student training and assessment records are held for a minimum of 30 years. VET Student Loan records are retained for 5 years after course completion.
9. NCVER & Government Data Use
In compliance with the Data Provision Requirements 2012, your data may be shared with the NCVER and used to:
- Produce authenticated VET transcripts
- Conduct research and inform policy
- Evaluate VET outcomes and administer national programs
You may be contacted to complete surveys related to your course. Participation is voluntary.
10. Children’s Information
While most students are over 16, if a child enrols with us, we will collect only necessary data. Parents or guardians can request access or deletion of their child’s information by contacting us.
11. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually, or earlier if required by legislative changes or internal reviews.
