Micro-Credentials
& Statements of Attainment
Pick up a single unit of competency from the Diploma of Screen & Media. Each micro-credential is a fully accredited, nationally recognised qualification in its own right — and every one counts towards the full Diploma if you choose to continue.
What is a Micro-Credential?
Real qualifications.
At your own pace.
A micro-credential is a single unit of competency from a nationally accredited course. It is not a short course. It is not a certificate of participation. It is a formal, assessed qualification — a Statement of Attainment — issued under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and registered with ASQA.
That means it carries real weight on your resume, with employers, and within the industry. And if you later decide to complete the full Diploma of Screen & Media (CUA51020), every micro-credential you have already completed can be credited off against it — so you are never paying twice for the same learning.
Nationally Recognised
Issued under the AQF. Recognised by employers across Australia.
Formally Assessed
Practical and written assessments. Not just watching videos.
Diploma Credit
Every unit completed counts towards the full Diploma CUA51020.
Flexible Timing
Study one unit at a time. Fit it around work and life.
